These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Precision Renovation LLC website and your communications with us through it. Precision Renovation LLC is referred to below as "Precision Renovation," "we," "us" or "our." By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. About Us

Precision Renovation LLC is a licensed Arizona general contractor, ROC #360232 KB1, licensed, bonded and insured, owned by Richard Goudeau, serving Maricopa County, Arizona.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this site to learn about our services, view our work and request an estimate. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or someone else's contact information
• Use the site or our forms to send spam, solicitations or automated submissions
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or any related systems
• Copy, scrape, republish or resell our content, photos or copy without written permission
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

We may suspend or block access to anyone who violates these Terms.

3. Estimates, Quotes and Pricing

• Estimates are free and carry no obligation.
• Written estimates are valid for [30] days unless stated otherwise on the estimate itself.
• Estimates are based on the scope and conditions visible at the time of inspection. Concealed conditions — such as hidden water damage, rot, failed wiring, non-code framing or unexpected substrate issues — may require a written change order and an adjustment to price and schedule.
• Material prices are subject to change based on supplier pricing at the time of purchase.

If the terms of a signed contract or written estimate conflict with these Terms, the signed contract or estimate controls for that project.

4. Scheduling and Timelines

We work hard to hit the dates we give you. Schedules are good-faith estimates and may shift due to weather, permit and inspection timing, material availability, subcontractor scheduling, changes you request, or conditions discovered during the work. We'll keep you informed when a date moves.

5. Permits, Inspections and Code

Where required, we obtain permits and coordinate inspections for the work we perform. Permit and inspection fees are either included in your written estimate or billed as a pass-through cost, as stated on that estimate. You agree to provide reasonable access to the property and to any HOA approvals that may be required.

6. Payment

Payment terms, deposits and progress-payment schedules are set out in your written contract or estimate. Unless that document says otherwise:

• Invoices are due upon receipt.
• Balances unpaid after [30] days may accrue interest at [1.5]% per month or the maximum rate allowed by Arizona law, whichever is lower.
• We may suspend work on accounts that are past due.
• We may exercise any lien rights available to us under Arizona law.

This website does not process payments and we do not collect card or bank information through it.

7. Warranty

Warranty coverage for workmanship, and the manufacturer warranties that apply to materials, are stated in your written contract or estimate. Warranties do not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, settling, or hairline cracking in drywall, grout, stucco or concrete
• Damage from misuse, neglect, deferred maintenance or lack of upkeep
• Damage from weather events, flooding, pests or acts of God
• Work altered, repaired or added to by you or another contractor
• Materials or fixtures supplied by you or by others

To make a warranty claim, contact us in writing at [email protected] and describe the issue. We'll arrange an inspection.

Arizona homeowners also have rights under the Arizona Registrar of Contractors' program. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

8. Cancellation

Cancellation rights and any restocking, mobilization or custom-order charges are set out in your written contract. Custom-ordered materials — cabinets, countertops, special-order tile, windows and similar items — are generally non-refundable once ordered. Any cancellation-rights notice required by Arizona law will be provided with your contract.

9. Photos, Reviews and Portfolio Use

We may photograph completed work for our portfolio, website and social media. These images show finished spaces and do not identify you or your address. We will not publish your name, address or an attributed testimonial without your permission. If you'd prefer we not photograph your project, just tell us.

Reviews and testimonials shown on this site reflect the experience of individual customers and are not a guarantee of any particular result on your project.

10. Communications

By providing your phone number, you agree we may contact you by phone, text message and email about your request and project, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, photos, graphics, logos and layout — is owned by Precision Renovation LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written consent.

12. Third-Party Links

This site links to third-party platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Google Maps. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

13. Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Information on the site is general and is not professional advice for your specific property.

This disclaimer applies to the website. It does not limit the warranties we provide for construction work under your signed contract.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Renovation LLC and its owners, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of this website. Our total liability arising from your use of this website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Liability arising from construction work is governed by your signed contract and by Arizona law, not by this section.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Precision Renovation LLC from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of this website or your breach of these Terms.

16. Dispute Resolution

We'd rather solve a problem than fight about it. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.

If we can't, any dispute arising from your use of this website will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Disputes about construction work are governed by the dispute-resolution terms in your signed contract, and you may also file a complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and we'll update the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
